How do your personal/unique qualities best fit the International System?

My devotion to community service and dedication to my personal platform Get Up. Get Out. Get Healthy! make the International System a good fit for me.  I enjoy making connections with people one on one, inspiring others, and helping women to make positive changes in their lives. 

What is something few people know about you?

Few people know that I am a co-owner of an Auto Parts Store.  The funny thing about this is that I really don’t have much personal experience with car maintenance or auto parts!

What do you do to stay healthy?

To stay healthy, I actively balance making realistic nutritional choices with regular physical activity and constantly surrounding myself with a wonderful support network consisting of uplifting friends and family.

Everyone talks about “family values”.  What are they?

To me, family values are personal beliefs that are instilled in us by our parents and loved ones at a young age.  They vary from family to family and culture to culture, but I believe they are the touchstones that shape each of our lives.

What is your worst habit? Why?

My worst habit is my love for Chips & Hot Sauce!  Good old fashioned “Tex-Mex” is one of my favorite foods to eat regularly and I have a definite weakness for chips and hot sauce!
