How do your personal/unique qualities best fit the International System?
The Mrs. International System is about integrity, ethics, marriage and inner and outer beauty. I try to live my life by making good choices where I am responsible for my own actions. I have been married for almost twenty wonderful years and strongly believe true beauty comes from within.
What is something few people know about you?
As a little girl, gathered around the T.V. with my family, I watched men land on the moon. Not too long after that it dawned on me that there were not any female astronauts. That is when I decided I wanted to be the first female astronaut!
What do you do to stay healthy?
I stay healthy by doing a few simple things. First, I plan nutritious and enjoyable meals for myself and my family, always trying for that “colorful” plate of food. Second, I exercise regularly and have a positive attitude on life to keep a healthy mind, body and soul.
Everyone talks about “family values”. What are they?
Family values are the cornerstone of every family. Each family has their own set of values to which they live and follow. Our family values to which we live by are love, trust, respect, integrity, teamwork and faith in God.
What is your worst habit? Why?
My worst habit is…being somewhat of a night owl. I tend to stay up too late at night working on things around the house that can wait until the next day. As a result of this I sometimes have a hard time waking up in the morning.
